Return and Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase if accompanied with receipt. All exchanges must come in their original packaging, be unworn and have our vendor tags. Jewelry must come in original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for exchange or store credit. No returns or exchanges on lingerie, shoes, food items, beauty oils and perfumes. All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you receive an item that is damaged, you will be refunded for that item only if we are out of stock of that item. All credits will be issued via a Brooke Rodd Gift Card which can be used at any of our stores and will not expire.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
